With over nine years of experience in early education and as a dedicated mother, Monica brings warmth, expertise, and a deep connection to every family she supports. Holding a Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Monica loves being part of the incredible journey that shapes a child’s first five years, celebrating their milestones, and helping them thrive.
Monica’s leadership shines in our boutique centre, where every child is known by name, their preferences cherished, and their needs met with personalised care. She believes this strong sense of community and tailored approach makes Papilio Barton the perfect choice for families.

Babies (0-1 years)
Healthy Beginnings Program

Toddlers (1-3 years)
Early Experiences Program
