Meet Our Team
Meet Ellie Sharkey, the dedicated Centre Manager at Papilio Early Learning Castle Hill. With a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and experience in the childcare industry since 2016, Ellie is passionate about supporting children’s growth and development. She finds joy in witnessing each child's milestones and loves seeing their excitement as they learn through play. For Ellie, the children's smiles brighten every day and make her role incredibly rewarding.
At Papilio Castle Hill, Ellie and her team focus on building strong relationships with families, ensuring children’s health and safety, and fostering meaningful interactions. The centre follows a child-led program where activities are based on the children's interests, creating engaging and exciting learning experiences every day. Ellie’s goal is to ensure that every family feels a sense of warmth and belonging the moment they step through the door.

Babies (0-1 years)
Healthy Beginnings Program

Toddlers (1-3 years)
Early Experiences Program
