Papilio Early Learning Centre Dundas Valley provides high-quality early education and care for children aged 1–5 years in a small, close-knit environment where every child is truly known and valued. Conveniently located at 7 Quarry Road, our long day care centre is open from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday—offering flexibility and trusted care for local families.
With a passionate, long-standing team of educators—many of whom have been with the centre for over five years—we take a child-driven approach to learning, tailoring experiences to each child’s strengths, interests, and needs. Through our exclusive Lifelong Learning Curriculum, children enjoy enriching activities across STEM, literacy, sustainability, and the arts, while building strong social and emotional foundations for life.
Children love exploring our engaging indoor and outdoor play spaces, including a sandpit and community garden. Meet Our Centre Manager
Hello! My name is Anisha Poudel, and I am the proud Centre Manager at Papilio Dundas Valley. With five years of experience in the early childhood field and a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and Care, I have found my true calling in nurturing young minds. Watching children grow, learn, and flourish brings me immense joy and drives my dedication to creating a positive and enriching environment for every child.
What truly excites me about this field is the opportunity to make a meaningful impact — not just in the lives of children but also in building strong connections with families and the wider community. I believe that fostering genuine relationships between educators, children, and families is the foundation for a thriving, supportive learning environment where children feel safe, valued, and empowered to explore their world.

Babies (0-1 years)
Healthy Beginnings Program
Grounded in attachment theory and relationship practices, this program focuses on building secure, responsive relationships between babies and their educators. With nurturing care and emotional attunement, we support babies’ overall wellbeing and development.
Toddlers (1-3 years)
Early Experiences Program
Inspired by the Abecedarian Approach, our toddler program emphasises language-rich interactions, such as conversational reading and learning games. These early experiences build the foundations for strong communication, social skills, and cognitive growth.
Preschool or Kindergarten (3-5 years)
School Readiness Program
