Meet Our Team
Hello, my name is Kirsty, and I am the Centre Manager here at Papilio Early Learning Blackburn. I am an Early Childhood Professional with over 10 years of experience in the Early Childhood and Education industry. I am passionate about creating a safe, warm, and nurturing environment that focuses on play-based and open-ended learning.
I love incorporating natural resources, teaching yoga, and sharing my passion for gardening and sustainability with the incredible team I work with, children, families, and our community.
I excelled in my career in Early Childhood where I began as a casual educator, progressed into leadership, and spent some time being part of a start-up team for the building of new services across Australia. It is through these experiences I have enjoyed a rich and varied learning journey that has helped shape my knowledge and inform my pedagogy.
I appreciate and value every moment of my career and look forward to my journey with Papilio.
