My name is Jennie Cronje, and I’m proud to be the Centre Manager at Papilio Early Learning Tamworth. With a Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood Education) and 23 years of experience, I am deeply passionate about creating meaningful, high‑quality early learning experiences for children and families.
What keeps me inspired in early childhood education is the opportunity to make a genuine difference during some of the most important years of a child’s life. I’m passionate about connection, inclusion, and child‑led learning, and I love supporting children as they build confidence, develop a strong sense of belonging, and grow emotionally, socially, and academically.
I also value the opportunity to mentor and support our educators, fostering reflective practice and working together to deliver meaningful, engaging learning experiences. Building strong relationships with families is at the heart of everything we do, as we believe these partnerships are key to supporting each child’s journey.
