Welcome to Papilio Early Learning Officer.
I’m Carolyn Horgan, Centre Manager, and I bring over 24 years of experience in Early Childhood Education, including six years in leadership roles. My journey began as an Educational Leader, where I discovered my passion for mentoring educators and creating meaningful, high-quality learning environments.
At Papilio Officer, I’m proud to lead a team of dedicated educators who share a commitment to supporting every child’s unique learning journey. We understand that every child learns differently, and we tailor our approach to nurture their confidence, curiosity and creativity through the Lifelong Learning Curriculum.
Our centre is built on strong relationships. We work closely with families to create a genuine sense of belonging, ensuring children feel safe, supported and ready to learn each day.
Together, we celebrate every milestone and create a positive, engaging environment where children can thrive from their earliest years through to school readiness.
