My name is Nicole, and I’m proud to be the Centre Manager at Papilio Early Learning Turner. With a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and more than 20 years of experience, I am passionate about creating a warm, welcoming environment where children and families feel truly connected and supported.
What I love most about working in early childhood education is the relationships I build along the way. It’s a privilege to be part of a family's journey and to share in the special moments, milestones, and achievements that make these early years so memorable. Building genuine connections with children and families is at the heart of everything I do.
At Papilio Turner, we take pride in providing children with opportunities to learn, explore, and connect with the natural world. Our centre features three covered outdoor learning environments, giving children plenty of space to play, discover, and learn in all seasons. We also have three thriving gardens, where children can be involved in our exciting 'farm to plate' experiences, helping them learn about growing food, healthy eating, and sustainability through hands-on activities.
