30% Off for Your First 8 Weeks of Care

The 30% Off for Your First 8 Weeks of Care Offer ("Offer") is available to new families enrolling at Papilio Early Learning Croydon ("Service").

Subject to these Terms and Conditions, eligible families will receive a 30% reduction on the Service's published daily childcare fees ("Discount") for the first eight (8) consecutive weeks of care (Discount Period) following their commencement date.

To be eligible for the Discount, families must:

• be a new family enrolling at the Service;
• enrol and commence care at the Service on or before 30 November 2026;
• maintain an enrolment of no fewer than two (2) full days per week for the duration of the Discount Period; and
• have either Monday or Friday included as a booked day of care throughout the Discount Period.

The Discount will be applied from the child's commencement date and will remain available for the first eight (8) consecutive weeks of attendance, provided all eligibility requirements continue to be met.

If, during the Discount Period, a family:

• reduces their enrolment below two (2) full days per week;
• removes Monday or Friday as a booked day of care;
• ceases enrolment at the Service; or
• otherwise ceases to satisfy the eligibility requirements,

the Service reserves the right to withdraw the Discount from the date the eligibility requirements are no longer met.

The Discount applies to childcare fees only and does not apply to additional charges, levies, deposits, incursions, excursions, optional services or any other fees payable to the Service.

To remain eligible for the Discount, all fees and charges owing to the Service must be paid in accordance with the family's enrolment agreement and the Service's Fee Payment Procedure.

Affinity Education Group reserves the right to withhold, cancel or withdraw the Discount where an account is in arrears or otherwise not in good standing.

The Discount is not transferable, exchangeable, refundable, redeemable for cash, or capable of being applied retrospectively.

The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer, discount, employee benefit, fee reduction, incentive, rebate or special arrangement unless otherwise approved in writing by Affinity Education Group.

Affinity Education Group reserves the right to verify eligibility for the Offer and to request any information reasonably required for that purpose.

Affinity Education Group reserves the right to amend, vary, suspend, extend or withdraw the Offer and these Terms and Conditions at any time, subject to applicable law.

Childcare fees are subject to change from time to time. The Discount will be calculated based on the applicable daily fee charged by the Service during the Discount Period.
