Meet Our Team
At Papilio Baulkham Hills, we’re proud to be led by Centre Manager Chaitali Parikh and Assistant Centre Manager Amanda Meierhofer, two passionate and experienced educators who make our centre feel like a second home for children and families alike.
Chaitali has over 7 years of experience in early childhood education and holds a Diploma in Early Childcare. She loves nothing more than seeing children grow, achieve milestones, and feel safe, supported, and nurtured in her care. For Chaitali, the smiles and hugs she receives each day are what make her role so rewarding.
Working alongside her is Amanda, who brings more than 20 years of experience and a Bachelor in Early Childhood Education. She is inspired daily by the excitement and curiosity of the children, and she values the opportunity to learn and grow right alongside them.
Together, Chaitali and Amanda lead a dedicated team that goes above and beyond to create meaningful experiences for children and families. From our veggie gardens and unique cooking program, to bilingual educators who can run tours in different languages, through to our specialist yoga and dance room and beautiful Indigenous room, Papilio Baulkham Hills offers a truly enriching environment. We also welcome local community services regularly, such as dentists, vision checks, and environmental programs, and love celebrating cultural occasions with families to build strong, lasting relationships.
