With over 7 years of experience in early childhood education, including more than 6 years at Papilio Hornsby, Kristina brings deep expertise, warmth, and passion to her role. She holds a Master of Teaching (Birth to 5), reflecting her strong commitment to high-quality early education.
Kristina is dedicated to creating a nurturing and engaging environment where children feel confident to explore, learn, and grow. In addition to her leadership role, she brings over 17 years of experience as a local music teacher, enriching the centre’s program with engaging, creative music experiences that children love.
Under Kristina’s leadership, Papilio Hornsby has built a strong, inclusive community. Our multicultural team of educators speak a wide range of languages including Korean, Farsi, Spanish, Nepalese, Cantonese, Mandarin, and Japanese, helping families feel welcomed, understood, and supported.
Together, our team creates a consistent, nurturing environment where children can develop a lifelong love of learning and families feel a genuine sense of belonging.
