Meet Our Centre Director, Lays Ramalho. With 6 years of experience in early childhood education and qualifications including an ECT, Bachelor of Education, and Master of Education, Lays Ramalho is dedicated to nurturing young minds. She finds joy in teaching children, watching them grow, and fostering their natural curiosity through play-based learning. Lays is passionate about extending children’s interests and helping them develop a strong foundation for future success.
At Papilio Early Learning, Lays leads a centre where children’s choices and interests are at the heart of the curriculum. The loving and stimulating environment encourages learning through diverse experiences, while the school-readiness preschool program prepares children for a confident transition to primary school. By building strong relationships with families and the community, Lays ensures a supportive and enriching early education journey for every child.
