Meet Our Team
With 18 years of experience in early childhood education, Aletia brings a wealth of knowledge, passion, and dedication to her role as Centre Manager. Having been part of the Papilio Reedy Creek family for nearly 11 years, Aletia’s journey began as a casual educator while her son attended the centre. Through hard work and commitment, she progressed to permanent part-time and recently completed her Diploma through our internal training academy, leading to her appointment as Centre Manager.
Aletia is deeply committed to fostering a love for learning in children and creating a nurturing, inclusive environment where every child feels safe and inspired. She believes that the team spirit at Papilio Reedy Creek is what sets it apart, with passionate educators who go above and beyond to support the children, families, and one another. Aletia’s enthusiasm and leadership continue to shape the centre into a place where learning is exciting, and every child can thrive.
