With 18 years of experience in early childhood education, Aletia brings a wealth of knowledge, passion, and dedication to her role as Centre Manager at Papilio Early Learning Reedy Creek.
Having been part of the centre for nearly 11 years, Aletia’s journey began as a casual educator while her son attended. Through hard work and commitment, she progressed into permanent roles and recently completed her Diploma through Papilio’s internal training academy, leading to her appointment as Centre Manager.
Aletia is deeply committed to fostering a love of learning in every child and creating a nurturing, inclusive environment where children feel safe, supported, and inspired. She believes the strong team culture at Reedy Creek is what truly sets the centre apart, with educators who genuinely care for one another, the children, and their families.
