Meet Our Samford Early Learning Team
My name is Justine Tribe, and I’m proud to be the Centre Manager at Papilio Early Learning Samford. With a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, I began my early learning journey right here at Papilio Samford and have grown alongside our wonderful children, families, and educators over the past four years.
What I love most about working in early childhood education is supporting children through these important early years, helping them build the foundations that will support them throughout their lives. I enjoy creating meaningful connections with families and our local community, and I believe strong partnerships are key to helping every child feel safe, supported, and confident as they learn and grow.
As one of our centre's behaviour specialists, I am particularly passionate about inclusion and ensuring that every child feels valued, understood, and supported. I believe all children deserve the opportunity to thrive in an environment that celebrates their individuality and nurtures their unique strengths.
There are so many wonderful things that make Papilio Samford special. Children enjoy helping to care for our veggie garden, learning about sustainability and where food comes from through hands-on experiences. We also offer a sports enrichment program and regular visits from Delivering Dental, helping children build healthy habits and active lifestyles. We're excited to be introducing a dedicated sensory room, creating additional opportunities for children to explore, regulate, and learn in ways that suit their individual needs. Our close connection with Samford State School also helps support a smooth and confident transition to primary school.
