Meet Gaby Page, Centre Manager at Papilio Blackburn.
With over 13 years of experience in early childhood education and a Diploma in Children’s Services, Gaby leads Papilio Blackburn with heart, humour, and a deep passion for nurturing young minds. She finds joy in the welcoming smiles and cuddles from the children, the strong relationships built with families, and the close-knit bond she shares with her team, her “little family,” as she calls it. Gaby’s greatest passion is giving children the space to express their uniqueness and letting their individuality shine.
Although Papilio Blackburn is a small centre, it’s filled with big heart. Gaby and her team pride themselves on the strong, genuine relationships they form with families and the thoughtful, responsive programming that supports each child’s development. The team works collaboratively, creating a fun, passionate, and inclusive environment. One of the centre’s unique touches is the integration of multiple languages into daily routines, from storytime to the kitchen, celebrating the diversity of the community and helping every child feel seen and heard.
