With over 10 years of experience in early childhood education, Erin brings a thoughtful and supportive leadership style to the centre. Beginning her career as an Assistant Educator and progressing to Centre Manager, she holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care along with a Certificate IV in Business.
Erin is passionate about creating a learning environment where children feel confident to explore, discover and grow. She values play-based and inquiry-led learning, supporting children to build curiosity, creativity and strong foundations for future learning.
As Centre Manager, Erin is committed to mentoring her team and maintaining a high standard of education and care. Together, the team focuses on building meaningful relationships with children and families, creating a welcoming and supportive community.
