Meet Our Team
Hello! I’m Erin, the Centre Manager at Papilio Early Learning Box Hill North. With 10 years of experience in the Early Childhood Education industry, I’ve grown from an Assistant Educator to Centre Manager, holding a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care as well as a Certificate IV in Business.
I believe in fostering a learning environment where children can explore and develop their interests through play. By embedding STEM and inquiry-based learning into our program, we inspire curiosity and creativity. My team and I are dedicated to engaging, supporting, and scaffolding each child’s learning journey, helping them build strong foundations for their future.
As Centre Manager, I am passionate about mentoring our educators to reach their full potential and ensuring that every child in our care receives the highest quality education and care. I’m proud to lead such a well-regarded centre in Box Hill North and to be part of a community that values safety, learning, and growth.

Babies (0-1 years)
Healthy Beginnings Program
Grounded in attachment theory and relationship practices, this program focuses on building secure, responsive relationships between babies and their educators. With nurturing care and emotional attunement, we support babies’ overall wellbeing and development.
Toddlers (1-3 years)
Early Experiences Program
Inspired by the Abecedarian Approach, our toddler program emphasises language-rich interactions, such as conversational reading and learning games. These early experiences build the foundations for strong communication, social skills, and cognitive growth.
Preschool or Kindergarten (3-5 years)
School Readiness Program
