Hi, I’m Kim, Centre Manager at Papilio Early Learning Bundoora.
With over 14 years of experience in Early Childhood Education, I’ve had the privilege of progressing from trainee educator to Centre Manager. Along the way, I’ve built on my Certificate in Business Management and achieved my Diploma in Early Childhood Education - experiences that have shaped my passion for leading strong, supportive teams.
I truly believe the early years are the most important in a child’s life, and being part of that journey is something I never take for granted.
At Papilio Bundoora, my focus is on creating a community built on trust, empathy, and respect, where children and families feel safe, supported, and genuinely connected. We prioritise strong, transparent relationships and take the time to understand what matters most to each family.
